3. How to Request a Return

Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
4. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund in one of the following ways:

Full refund to original payment method (for damaged, defective, or incorrect items)

Partial refund or store credit for other eligible situations
Refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. No-Return Refunds
In some cases (especially for defective or incorrect items), we may issue a refund without requiring the item to be sent back. Our team will let you know if this applies.
6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but isn’t received, please contact the carrier first. We’ll assist however possible, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
