  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Because we source products from global suppliers, delivery times vary by destination.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–21 business days

  • Canada, UK, Australia: 8–25 business days

  • Europe: 7–25 business days

  • Rest of World: 10–35 business days

Note: These are estimated timeframes. Unexpected delays (customs, weather, carrier issues) may extend delivery times.


3. Tracking Information

  • Tracking numbers are provided once your order ships.

  • Some carriers may take 2–5 days to update tracking information.

  • In certain cases, multiple items may ship separately with different tracking numbers.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:
